Devolution

Due to the sensitive nature of the products sold through the SÕSU KOMBUCHA online store, the right to terminate the contract does not apply and no product returns are accepted.

It is also not possible to cancel a confirmed and formalized order. However, SÕSU KOMBUCHA will try to satisfy the Customer's request as far as possible, so the situation should be reported via the customer support email, sosukombucha@gmail.com.

Shipping costs

All orders will have an associated shipping cost. For Europe and the rest of the world, orders may be subject to payment of customs costs, depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery

Without prejudice to what is established in point 5, regarding the availability of products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, SÕSU KOMBUCHA processes orders from its online store from Monday to Friday for orders placed before midnight on day immediately prior to dispatch.

Shipments to mainland Portugal are delivered within 2-3 business days and shipments to Spain and other European Union countries are delivered within 3-5 business days , after receipt of payment.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph, delays may occur for reasons not arising from our responsibility. If it is not possible to make delivery on the scheduled date, we will inform you of the respective circumstances, allowing you to exercise your rights under applicable legislation.

Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday.

All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product packaging, you must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage in the document proving delivery. You should also contact our consumer support via the following email: sosukombucha@gmail.com

Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Impossibility of delivery

If it is not possible to deliver the order to the address indicated by the Customer, a note will be left indicating where it is and what to do to have it delivered again.

If delivery is not possible on the second attempt, the Customer will be charged again for transport costs for each delivery attempt. In this case, you will be asked to contact SÕSU KOMBUCHA so that delivery can be rescheduled.
