1.1. These terms and conditions establish the rules and obligations for accessing and using the website www.sosukombucha.com and purchasing products on it (hereinafter "Conditions").
1.2. It is the User's responsibility to read the conditions in force at the time of using the website or concluding the contract, as the conditions may be changed at any time without the need for prior notice.

For this reason, if the User visits another website, redirected from our website, they must read and be governed by the respective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3.3. When placing an order through this website, the User declares that he or she is over 18 years old and has the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Conclusion of the contract
4.1. To order at www.sosukombucha.com, the User must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all browsing conditions in the online store.
4.2. By proceeding with your order, the user is entering into a purchase and sale contract with SÕSU KOMBUCHA (hereinafter the "Agreement"), accepting the terms and conditions of purchase and privacy policy.
4.3. Once the order has been placed, you will subsequently receive an order confirmation email and details of the payment method.
4.4. After payment, your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
5. Availability of Products
5.1. All product orders will be subject to availability. In this sense, if any difficulty occurs regarding the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will inform you immediately of their unavailability and will refund any amount you may have paid within 10 days.
5.2. The items presented on this website are available for delivery worldwide.
6. Price
6.1. The price of each product will be that which is stipulated, at any time, on our website. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due during the checkout process.
6.2. All purchases made through this website are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in force in Portugal.
6.3. If we detect an error in the price of any of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact the customer, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded in full. If there is an error in the price of the requested products, SÕSU KOMBUCHA or the User may, until the order is shipped, cancel the order.
6.4. The prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and the prices displayed at the time of purchase are those applied to that same purchase. These possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.
6.5. Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to different transport costs. Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
6.6. If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate applied to debit your bank account will be automatically determined by the bank/Paypal and not by SÕSU KOMBUCHA .
7. Payment Methods
7.1. When completing the order, the User has the following payment methods available: Bank Transfer and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Multibanco through the Shopify Payments provider.
7.2. No other payment methods are accepted other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for lost payment or any other damages that may arise.
8. Shipping Costs
8.1. All orders will have an associated shipping cost. For Europe and the rest of the world, orders may be subject to payment of customs costs, depending on the country of delivery.
9. Delivery
9.1. Without prejudice to what is established in point 5, regarding the availability of products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will try to have the respective order delivered within an estimated period of between 2-3 business days for Portugal and Spain, and 3-5 days for remaining countries in the European Union or on another continent, after receipt of payment.
9.2. Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph, delays may occur for reasons not arising from our responsibility. If it is not possible to make delivery on the scheduled date, we will inform you of the respective circumstances, allowing you to exercise your rights under applicable legislation.
9.3. Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. SÕSU KOMBUCHA established a partnership with GLS for expeditions in Portugal.
9.4. All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product packaging, you must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage in the document proving delivery. 9.5. Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
10. Right to terminate the contract
Due to the sensitive nature of the products sold through the SÕSU KOMBUCHA online store, the right to terminate the contract does not apply and no product returns are accepted.
It is also not possible to cancel a confirmed and formalized order. However, SÕSU KOMBUCHA will try to satisfy the Customer's request as far as possible, so the situation should be reported via the customer support email, sosukombucha@gmail.com .
11. Damaged Products
11.1.
