Since the beginning, we have produced our Kombucha using traditional methods.

This allows us to obtain a tasty Kombucha full of quality and benefits, which is produced and packaged in our factory located in central Portugal.

    Maintaining tradition, Sõsu Kombucha is produced using artisanal methods that preserve the quality of the drink. We do not cut steps in the process and natural fermentation occurs at your own pace. It is this care, without rushing, that results in quality Kombucha.

    At the essence of our product is the tea grown on the Island of São Miguel, Azores, whose humid climate, mild temperatures and acidic and volcanic soil allow the production of quality tea, giving Sõsu Kombucha a unique flavor full of benefits.

  • 100% Natural, up to Gasification

    We are proud to say that we have a drink made 100% from natural ingredients. Even gasification is obtained naturally during the fermentation process, providing a gentle effervescence, without the addition of artificial gases.

  • No Benefits Filtering

    We chose not to filter our kombucha, allowing all the natural nutrients and probiotics to remain in the drink.
